1. Who we are

2. What data we process

Data you provide when you contact us through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to share (for example your company and position). Technical data needed to run the website securely, such as IP address and browser information, processed by our website provider.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and to prepare or perform a cooperation you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication and in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who receives your data

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which also processes contact form submissions, and our e-mail is handled by our e-mail provider. Both act as our processors. Some of them may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data. We share it with a potential business partner only with your consent.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then for no longer than 3 years, unless the law requires a longer period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to data portability. The website uses cookies set by our provider Squarespace that are necessary for the website to work. Other cookies, such as analytics cookies, are used only where permitted by law and, where required, with your consent.
