About us

EU2INDIA.COM is operated by Ineurex s.r.o. (Prague) and led by Milan Malátek, who has 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, sourcing and business development across Europe and India – including joint ventures, localisation and complex cross-border projects. Milan also serves as General Manager of the Czech-Indian Chamber of Commerce.

  • Based between Europe and India, I work with companies that are ready to grow across borders and want someone who understands both sides.

    I bring 15+ years of international experience in manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, and business development. I have led complex, high-impact projects across the EU and India, helping businesses scale, localize, and connect the dots in unfamiliar markets.

    What sets me apart? I get involved. I understand the technical, the human, and the strategic side of business. I know how to work with factory teams, how to speak with leadership, and how to align people from different cultures and priorities.
